The Problem
Millions of elderly and disabled Americans qualify for programs that would allow them to stay at home, choose their own caregiver — including a family member — and have the government pay that caregiver directly. But this information is buried across 50 state government websites in 50 different formats. Over 50% of eligible people never apply because the system is too confusing.
