We use your information to match you with relevant programs and caregivers, personalize your experience, and communicate important updates about programs you're interested in.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your phone number and email are only shared with caregivers after you explicitly connect with them through the platform.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and parameterized database queries to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
Health Information
FindMYPA is not a covered entity under HIPAA. The care needs information you enter is not considered protected health information. We do not access or store medical records.
